Our approach

What happens, and what shapes it

A consultation is a conversation about your history before it is anything else. This is how that conversation runs, what guides the advice that comes out of it, and where we stop.

How we work

Most people arrive with a report they do not fully understand, or a symptom they have lived with for months. The consultation starts there — with the history, in full, without a queue building outside the door.

From that we build a plan around what is actually causing the problem: diet, routine, sleep and stress first, herbal support where it genuinely helps, and a clear referral where something needs conventional medical care.

You leave with that plan in writing, and with a date to review it. Health that improves and then slides back is not an outcome worth having.

See the four steps of booking a consultation

What we will not do

  • Promise a guaranteed or permanent cure — nobody responsible can.
  • Recommend a formulation before understanding your history.
  • Ask for a broad panel of tests when two would answer the question.
  • Present testimonials as proof that you will get the same result.

Our principles

Four things that decide how we practise

  • Information before recommendation

Every condition page explains the concern first. Nothing is recommended to you before you understand what you are dealing with.

  • Root cause over quick relief

Suppressing a symptom is sometimes necessary, but it is not the plan. We look for what is driving it and work there.

  • Honest about limits

We say plainly when something needs conventional medical care, an investigation, or a specialist rather than herbal support.

  • Privacy as standard

Your health details are used to support your consultation and nothing else. They are never sold or used for advertising.

Consultation

Bring it to a consultation

Reading gets you the general case. A consultation is where it gets applied to yours.
